## Eanes ISD's CBE — the essentials

EISD is one of the strictest CBE districts in Texas. Three rules interact:

1. **90% required** — 89% doesn't count.
2. **Scores by 10th day of school year** — miss that deadline and the schedule can't be adjusted, even if you passed.
3. **Not for Jan-May of graduating year** — seniors targeting their final semester can't use CBE; they must enroll.

Practically: EISD families plan CBE testing for summer, with results in hand before the 10th school day.
