Paid content counts as accessed the moment you start a paid mock exam, answer any of its questions, or view your score or TEKS breakdown — after any of those, the purchase is non-refundable. Free sample questions never affect this. The full policy is in our Terms of Service, and if something has gone wrong we would much rather hear it from you than from your bank.

Yes. Every subject has free sample questions, and they need no account and no card — open the subject page and start. The sample is drawn from the same bank as the paid practice, so what you see is what you would be buying. Working through free questions never affects your refund eligibility if you do buy.
